I'm going to drum up some SisterScene buddies, especially my Marie and Brianna Pinto who're now living in Raleigh, to get to the NCState library and the book launch.
Jane Yolen's "owl moon" is a family favorite, so much so that we researched back in the early 2000's for anything she'd written. Need to update my Yolen-noggin, because there's a tempo and flow that's beautiful in their writing.
i just want to give an extra shoutout or hooty hoot about Tift Merritt !!! if you can you absolutely must see and hear her! one of my absolute favorite times in my whole life was dancing with Beatrice in the moon light of one of her fabulous shows!
