I have gotten behind on the Frog Trouble Times, but I'm so glad to read about your reading--and Bea's. (I just finished Emily St. John Mandel's Sea of Tranquility and am now starting Cloud Cuckoo Land by Anthony Doerr. (I'm not quite sure what my choices say about me in this moment!) I am adding some of your titles to my want-to-read list. Thanks!
I have 3 books I read recently which I would recommend and two I am currently reading. The former are That Kind of Mother by Rumaan Alam, The Silent Woods by Kimi Cunningham Grant, and The Searcher by Tana French. I recommend all 3 for the character development, and relationships portrayed. During my rainy weekend I will continue reading Island of Drowning Tears by Tiphanie Yanique, and Queenie by Candice Carty Williams. I love the characters in both! Happy reading everyone. My love to all.

Anything by Oliver Jeffers, but my favorite is There's a Ghost in the House. Calerpittars also, fatterkitties. Sometimes a child's word is the best!

FTT made me really happy that we are having a rainy day and weekend for reading! Anyone who gets to teach and learn from Beatrice and Belle is truly
lucky 🍀
