Hey Belle, I'm not sure if you're checking State email so I thought I'd try this. Where do you park when you go to women's basketball games? I'm going tomorrow night. --Barbara

Hi Barbara! With your B lot parking pass you can park just about anywhere--I usually park on the road next to the honors building (which leads to Coliseum Deck), or the little lot next to it, so I can exit via Pullen. Or you can park for free in the deck, but getting out is a hassle. If you don't mind walking there's also a lot up close to Western Blvd. My main advice is to park not where you'll be stuck in deck traffic. I'm going to the reading tomorrow so Lynsey Romo is taking my tickets but I'll reach out when there's another game I can't attend!

As usual, Belle, you said what I needed to hear. I’ve loved greeting people at the polls. Last time I brought cookies for everyone working (even the Republican woman) and I played 60s and 70s music and tried to make people smile. It helped me immensely. Keep up the hope!

I love this! My mom (Mamie, below) likes to take a hula hoop to keep warm while she poll greets. Seems like it'll be warm for us! I'm gonna do one more canvass tomorrow. :)

I love your suggestions especially not looking at polls(which I don’t do anyway but I am also not looking at “news” on my pad!) I am so proud of all the good work you and the frogs, froglettes, tadpoles, and polywogs are doing in NC to save Democracy! Love from Mamie

Thank you! Great list of suggestions for how to manage these next few days. It feels like we are holding our breath at this point - and that’s just not sustainable!
