I am going to check out Dinner: A Love Story. By kid friendly do you mean not complicated as in simple to prepare? I do not enjoy cooking and could go to a dog food diet in a week if I lived alone. I have considered becoming a vegetarian for many years. I am currently reading A Children's Bible by Lydia Millet and the two little boys in that story have made me seriously question eating meat even more. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Ha! Yes, I actually meant "vegetarian food the kids will like" but it's also pretty simple to make, since they're meant to be weeknight meals. I have A Children's Bible on my Kindle--need to read that! Love to you too, Anne.
